The purpose of Psychology Information Online is to educate consumers about psychological problems, and the practice of psychology. Your article should also reflect that purpose. Articles submitted by contributing psychologist-writers should expand the scope of Psychology Information Online, by providing more detailed information about topics already described generally on Psychology Information Online, or by providing information about topics not yet addressed on Psychology Information Online.

This page provides examples of the types of articles we are interested in publishing, and suggested topics for articles. Please do not be limited by the suggestions offered here. We are interested in publishing any well written article dealing with any topic related to the general content of Psychology Information Online, and written by a psychologist or any other mental health professional. We will also consider for publication consumer articles written by other professionals, and dealing with the psychological aspects of social issues.

Article Types

  • Analyze a proposed solution to a social problem from a psychological perspective
  • Suggest/propose psychological solutions to a social problem
