I am a licensed psychologist with over 9 years experience helping older adolescents and adults with a wide range of emotional and life issues, and have expanded my work into private practice. I have helped clients to
resolve problems; cope with life transitions, stress, and change; and gain self-awareness and acceptance in achieving personal goals. I specialize in working with older adolescents and adult clients, and I have
special interest in working with eating disorders, weight management, relationships, trauma, depression, anxiety, identity development, school/work-life balance issues, career development, and women's mental
health.I work with clients to collaboratively identify concerns and establish goals that will help enhance relationships, increase self-confidence, improve coping skills, and manage sources of anxiety/stress. I
believe that people are generally very resilient and have a great capacity for healing and change.
